Refund policy

At PetUno we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns and the right of withdrawal work.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you're buying as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, with no need to justify your decision.

To exercise it, email us at soporte@petuno.es with your order number.

You usually don't need to return the product

Many of our products ship directly from the supplier, and the cost of a physical return is very high compared to the value of the item. Because of this, in most cases we won't ask you to send the product back: we handle the refund directly. If a specific case does require a return, we'll let you know explicitly when we receive your request, along with the address and steps to follow.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing order

If your order arrives damaged, is a different item than what you ordered, is missing something, or never arrives, contact us as soon as possible at soporte@petuno.es with a photo or video as evidence. We resolve these cases with a refund or a replacement, at no cost to you and with no need to return anything.

Refund

We'll process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we accept your request, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Legal warranty

As a consumer, you're also covered by the legal warranty of conformity recognized under Spanish and European regulations for products with manufacturing defects.
